【摘要】 目的了解不同剂量青蒿琥酯对食蟹猴疟原虫孢子增殖的影响。方法首剂药量加倍 ,随后24 ,48 ,72和96小时给实验猴各肌注一次 ,疗程5天 ,总剂量分别为15.0mg/kg、7.2mg/kg、3.6mg/kg、1.8mg/kg;在给药前及给药后6、12、24、30、36、48、54、60、72、84和108小时各用一批大劣按蚊叮咬实验猴 ,叮咬后第9天解剖蚊胃 ,第13天解剖涎腺。结果在1.8～15mg/kg剂量范围内均能阻断食蟹猴疟原虫孢子增殖。结论较低剂量青蒿琥酯亦能阻断孢子增殖 ,且随药物浓度增加 ,阻断速度会相应增快更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the effects of different doses of Artesunate on sporogonic stages of Plasmodium cynomolgi in Anopheles dirus.Methods The drug is given to rhesus monkey by the intramuscular injection, first dose duplicate followed by a single dose at 24,48,72,and 96hrs for 5 days, the total doses are given respectively as 15.0mg/kg, 7.2mg/kg, 3.6mg/kg, 1.8mg/kg. Experimental animal was bitten by Anopheles dirus before giving drug, and at 6,12,24,30,36,48,54,60,72,84,and 108hs later, mosquites were examined for oocysts on day 9 and sporozoites on day 13 after infection.Results The sporogony of Plasmodium cynomolgi can be inhibited within the doses of 1.8～15.0mg/kg.Conclusion A lower dose of Artesunate can also inhibit sporogony, the inhibition accelerates with the increase of medicine concentration.更多还原
