超薄膜生长过程中分形凝聚体的计算机模拟
Simulation on fractal growth in ultra-thin films
【摘要】 利用计算机模拟了超薄膜中分形凝聚体的生长 ,考虑了薄膜生长过程中的团簇扩散和旋转。开始的团簇生长采用不同允许扩散步长下准圆形团状生长的分子动力学模型。研究了基底上分形凝聚体中团簇的扩散和旋转对表面形貌的影响 ,引进了团簇的扩散和旋转因子。结果表明 :初始的小团簇经过无规则的扩散和旋转逐渐凝聚成具有分支状的凝聚体。团簇的旋转对分形结构的维数值没有太大的影响。
【Abstract】 The growth of fractal mrophology in ultra thin films has been simulated by supposing various cluster diffusion steps and the rotation of clusters.In contrast to DDA(Deposition Diffusion Aggregation)model,we find that the rotation of the clusters results in accelerating aggregation of the clusters.At the same time We calculate the fractal dimensions of the fractal morphology and find that it posses fractal properties with a fractal dimension D=1.50-1.71.The results agrees well with the result of D=1.68~1.79 with DDA model.It indicates that the effect of the rotation agrees with the effect of the diffusion of the clusters.The morphology can be obtained only by supposing rotation of the clusters.
