【摘要】 目的 :了解粘液表皮样癌中 p16、p5 3、nm2 3蛋白表达的情况 ,探讨它们与粘液表皮样癌的病理形态学特征的关系。方法 :按 WHO标准将 40例粘液表皮样癌分为高分化、低分化两组 ,用免疫组化和原位杂交方法检测 p16、p5 3、nm2 3蛋白及 m RMA,用统计学方法分析它们之间的关系。结果 :粘液表皮样癌中低分化组、高分化组的 p16蛋白失表达率分别为 6 2 .5 %(15 / 2 4)和 2 9.4(5 / 17) ,P =0 .0 37;p5 3蛋白的阳性率分别为 70 .8% (17/ 2 4)和 2 3.5 % (4 / 17) ,P =0 .0 0 3;nm2 3蛋白的阳性率分别为 37.5 % (9/ 2 4)和 6 4.7% (11/ 17) ,P =0 .110。结论 :p16、p5 3蛋白与粘液表皮样癌的病理分级有显著相关性 ,可作为判断预后的辅助指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Analysis of the relationship between the positive mRNA and proteins expression of p16, p53 and nm23 and the morphologic characteristic significance in mucoepidermoid carcinoma Methods:The proteins and mRNA in the paraffin wax blocks from 41 patients of mucoepidermoid carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical method and hybridization in situ respectively Resu lts:The negative p16 expression was found in 62 5% (15/24) of the low grade and in 29 4%(5/17) of the high grade(P=0 037),while the positive p53 expression was pr esent in 70 8% (17/24) of the low differentiation grade of the neoplasm and in 23 5%(4/17) of the high differentiation grade(P=0 003).And the positive nm23 was present in 37 5%(9/24) and 64 7%(11/17) respectively (P=0 086) On the other hand,no relationship was shared by positive mRNA of p16, p53 or nm23 and WHO pathologic grade Conclusion:There was significant co rrelation between the expression of p16 and p53 and the WHO pathologic grade of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, which may indicate the clinic prognostic significance but not in protein nm23 and the mRNA of p16, p53 or nm23更多还原
