粉煤灰机械研磨过程中硅氧四面体结构的变化趋向
CHANGES OF SILICATE TETRAHEDRON OF FLY ASH IN MECHANICAL GRINDING
【摘要】 采用三甲基硅烷化分析技术 (TMS) ,研究了粉煤灰机械研磨过程中硅氧四面体结构的变化趋势 .研究发现 ,机械力的作用可使硅氧四面体的硅氧键产生断裂 ,向生成单个硅氧体方向移动并产生热量 ,这部分热量也会导致热团聚效应 ,这是从硅氧四面体结构层次理解机械力的粉碎作用 .从结构分析角度初步提出 :当机械热被分散或吸收时 ,有利于聚合态的硅氧体向单个硅氧体分解 ,当机械力的作用强于颗粒热团聚效应时 ,也有利于这种破碎分解的进行
【Abstract】 The changes of silicate tetrahedron of fly ash in the process of mechanical grinding were analyzed by trimetheylsilicane(TMS). It is found that the silicon_oxide band of silicate tetrahedron is broken by mechanical force to form monomer of silicate and the heat is produced. This part of heat can also cause thermal reunite. On the basis of structure analyzing, an initial result is deduced out that the polymeric silicate can be decomposed to monomer once when the heat by mechanical grinding is absorbed or deconcentra_ted.
