快烧无锆分相乳浊釉的形成
FORMATION OF FAST FIRED PHASE-SEPARATION OPAQUE GLAZES WITH NO ZIRCONIUM
【摘要】 选择适合一次快速烧成的R2 O(K2 O ,Na2 O) -RO(CaO ,MgO ,ZnO) -Al2 O3-B2 O3-SiO2 系统 ,通过优化组成设计及物理化学过程的控制 ,实现了釉的自生分相乳浊 .实验结果表明 :快烧所得乳浊釉的分相结构中 ,一相富R2 + ,贫Si4+ ,B3+ 和Al3+ ;另一相则相反 .当(SiO2 +B2 O3)含量较高时 ,形成孤立液滴状分相结构 .釉面白度在 75以上的釉 ,其分相结构的共同特点为 :孤立相呈均匀分布的球滴状 (平均长短径比值z<1.2 ) ,其体积分数 φp 超过 3 5 % ,球滴的平均等效直径D落在 0 .15~ 1.3 2 μm范围内 ,接近可见光的波长范围 ,有利于强化乳浊效果
【Abstract】 The multi_component system R 2O(K 2O, Na 2O)-RO(CaO,MgO, ZnO)-Al 2O 3-B 2O 3-SiO 2 which fits for single fast firing cycle was adopted. Through optimizational composition design and control of the physical chemistry process, the spontaneous opacification of glazes was realized. It is found that in the phase_separation structure of fast_fired opaque glazes, one phase is rich in R 2+ and poor in Si 4+ , B 3+ , Al 3+ ,the reverse is true for the other phase. Isolated droplet structure forms with a comparatively high (SiO 2+B 2O 3) concentration. The common features for glazes with whiteness higher than 75 are that the spherical isolated droplets (average slenderness ratio z <1.2) disperse evenly in matrix with a volume fraction φ p higher than 35% and the average equivalent diameter of droplets fall in the range of 0.15—1.32 μm, which is close to the wavelength range of the incident visible light, thus favors intensifying opacification effect.
