BaSO4对C2S结构及性能的影响
EFFECT OF BaSO4 ON STRUCTURE AND SELECTIVE HYDRATION OF C2S
【摘要】 通过XRD ,EDM /EDAM及化学分析等手段测定了Ba2 + 和S6 + 2种离子对C2 S结构的影响 ,得出Ba2 + 、S6 + 在C2 S中的固溶形式和极限固溶量 ,以及固溶引起的结构变化 .并对固溶 2种离子的C2 S水化活性进行了研究 .结果表明 :固溶Ba2 + ,S6 + 离子的C2 S水化活性大大提高 .
【Abstract】 Effect of Ba 2+ and S 6+ on the structure of C 2S was investigated by XRD, EDM/EDAX and chemical analysis. Results show that the solubility of Ba 2+ and S 6+ in C 2S creates the isomorphism replacement of the substitution type, and causes the crystal structure of C 2S becoming more reactive. According to the experiment, the types of the substitution and the limits of solubility of Ba 2+ and S 6+ in C 2S are 6.2% BaO and 2.8% CaSO 4, respectively. The substitution causes the change of C 2S crystal type and the increase of interplanar crystal spacing of C 2S( hk0 ). It is found that the hydration activity of C 2S with the substituted Ba 2+ and S 6+ is increased greatly, and the optimum was reached with the addition of 5.0% BaSO 4 . It is expected that the high quality cement in which the reactive C 2S is main crystal phase can be made from the poor ore with a low lime saturation factor and at a low temperature.
