【Abstract】 The analysis of the relations between the abnormal activities of north western Pacific tropical cyclone and the 4 times of serious continuous draught in summer and autumn.in 1990s shows that the abnormal activities of north western Pacific tropical cyclone would result in the partial abnormal running of circulating current,and that the continuous occurrence of repetition of these abmormal weather cases will cause the serious continuous draught of Guangxi in summer and autumn.更多还原
