【摘要】 大学毕业生总体上发生了价值取向从关注社会转向关注个人、从高谈阔论转向求真务实的两个转变，行为状态自然会陷入奢华、浮躁、钻营的三个误区，难以面对就业现实中的毕业生骤增而就业机会减少、高期望值与整体素质低、意识超前而现状滞后与性别歧视的矛盾，就业意识中的形势不明、定位不准、心态不正、信心不足问题应予以重点关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of college graduates’ present thinking situation and employment problem,the paper attempts to discuss the following issues:(1)“ two changes” in the graduates’ values direction;(2)“ three erroneous zones” in the graduates’ act and state;(3)“ four pairs of contradictions” in the graduates’ employment reality;(4)“ four problems” in the graduates’ employment awareness.In light of these issues,it points out that a good deal of attention should be paid to the problems in college graduates’ thinking and employment,更多还原
