【Abstract】 There are two kinds of factors (subjective and objective) impedimental to college students’ self－ expression during their participating in daily life and learning activities.The subjective factors are inferiority complex,poor capacity,wrong cognition,etc.;and the objective— little opportunity and unattractive activities.In order to help the students surmount these,it is necessary to carry on psychological health education,to establish effective encouraging mechanisms and to make activities varied and colourful.更多还原
