【Abstract】 A nfeC gene homologous recombinant plasimd pGXN201 has been previously screened from a gene bank of Bradyrhizobium japonicum strain GX201.In this work, a nfeC homologous gene was located in a 4 kb ClaI+XbaI fragment. It was showed that this nfeC homologous gene shared 95% homology with reported nfeC gene by partial sequence 4 kb ClaI+XbaI fragment.更多还原
