乙酸乙酯制备实验的改进
Improvement on Experiment of Acetic Ether Synthesis
【摘要】 以固体酸代替浓H2 SO4 作催化剂 ,对乙酸与乙醇的酯化反应进行了研究 ,考察了反应时间、醇酸比对乙酸乙酯合成的影响 ,改进了浓H2 SO4 作催化剂存在的副反应多、腐蚀性强、无法再利用、乙醇利用率低、废液污染环境的缺点
【Abstract】 The esterification between acetic acid and alcohol with solid acid catalyst is discussed in this paper.The effects of reaction time, acolhol and acetic acid ratio on the synthesis of acetic ether are observed.The results show that the solid acid is more effective in the catalytic reaction than strong H2SO4 which has defects of stronger corrosiveness,more side reactions,no reusability,lower acolhol utilization ratio and easier to cause chemical pollution.
