肉桂醛臭氧化反应传递过程研究
Study on the mass transfer of ozonization reaction of cinnamaldehyde
【摘要】 根据肉桂醛气液两相臭氧化反应的特点 ,采用正交实验设计方法 ,考察肉桂醛质量分数 w、反应温度 T、空塔气速 Ug三因素及其交互作用对肉桂醛臭氧化反应传递过程的影响 .结果表明 ,实验范围内肉桂醛的质量分数、空塔气速对反应的转化率和选择性均有显著影响 ,同时肉桂醛的质量分数与空塔气速的交互作用对选择性有显著影响 ,而温度及其它各因素间交互作用对反应影响较小 .
【Abstract】 The mass transfer of ozonization reaction of cinnamaldehyde was studied by the cross design experiment,and according to the characteristics of gasliquid phase reaction of ozone with cinnamaldehyde,the effect of coversion and selectivity on the mass fraction of cinnamaldehyde,reaction temperature and gas velocity of empty column was discussed.The result showed that effect of coversion and selectivity were remarkable for the mass fraction of cinnamaldehyde and gas velocity of empty column,and effect of coversion and selectivity were a little for temperature of reaction.
