密闭容器法和催化剂法合成诺卜醇的研究

【摘要】 以多聚甲醛和过量的β蒎烯为原料 ,采用密闭容器法、催化剂法和密闭容器—催化剂法合成了诺卜醇 ,通过气相色谱分析反应液中主要成分的含量 ,比较三者的优劣性 .实验结果表明 ,密闭容器—催化剂法优于密闭容器法和催化剂法 ,产物诺卜醇的纯度和得率都较高 ,但密闭容器法的产物后处理较催化剂法和密闭容器—催化剂法简单

【Abstract】 Nopol was synthesized via Paraformaldehyde and excess βPinene in the closed vessel、catalyst and closed vessel catalyst.The contents of main ingredients in reaction mixtures were analyzed by GC.The good and poor advantage of three method were compared.The experimental results show that,the closed vessel catalyst is more superior than the closed vessel and the catalyst,the purity and the yield of Nopol are higher,but the after treatment of the product in the closed vessel is simpler than that in the catalyst and closed vesselcatalyst.
