温度对HDPE/MPA共混物阻透性能的影响
The Effect of Temperature on the Barrier Property of HDPE/MPA Blends
【摘要】 分析了溶剂分子透过聚合物共混物的溶解-扩散行为,建立了溶剂分子扩散通量与其表观扩散活化能、偏摩尔混合焓以及温度之间的关系式。并采用多种配方的HDPE/MPA共混物,在不同温度下进行渗透实验,结果表明本文建立的关系式与实验数据吻合良好。
【Abstract】 The diffusion of a small molecule solute through the polymer blends was studied, and a new dissolution-diffusion model was established, which gave the correlation among the apparent diffusion activation energy, the partial molar enthalpy of mixing, temperature and the diffusion flux. The diffusion experiments for xylene and toluene through the different HDPE/MPA blends were performed at different temperatures. These experiments were consistent with the new dissolution-diffusion model. Results showed the logarithm of the diffusion flux decreased linearly with the reciprocal of temperature. The higher the MPA volume fraction was, the lower the diffusion flux of xylene was. The diffusion flux of xylene was lower than toluene at the same temperature. The sum of the apparent diffusion activation energy and the partial molar enthalpy of mixing was estimated to be about 27~36 kJ·mol-1 for xylene through the HDPE/MPA blends.
