正十二烷基葡萄糖多苷的合成工艺研究
Studies on n-Dodecyl Polyglucoside Synthesis Technology
【摘要】 本文以正十二醇、葡萄糖为原料在酸催化剂催化下直接合成出了一种新型非离子表面活性剂正十二烷基葡萄糖苷(n-C12APG)。探讨了各反应影响因素对反应结果的影响,得出了适宜的合成工艺,其中苷化反应条件为:反应温度120℃,反应压力4kPa,醇糖及催化剂摩尔比4∶1∶0.015,反应时间4h。精制工艺条件为,采用H2O2脱色,反应温度90℃,时间1h,30%H2O2用量约为APG产品质量的2%(wt)。本文还采用快原子轰击质谱(FAB)、气相色谱(GC)、核磁共振谱(NMR)等方法对产品结构及性能进行了表征和研究。
【Abstract】 APG is a new type of the non-ionic surfactant. In the presence of acid catalyst, alkyl polyglucoside (APG) products have been directly synthesized from glucose and n-dodecanol.. Influence factors of synthesis process, for example, reaction temperature and time, mole ratio of catalyst to glucose and n-dodecanol, etc, were investigated, and the suitable conditions of synthesis technology have been obtained, i.e., reaction temperature 120℃, mole ratio of catalyst to glucose and n-dodecanol 0.015:1:4, reaction pressure 4kPa, reaction time 4h. The optimal conditions of refining process have also been found. APG products were decolorized by 30% H2O2 water solution. Decolourization reaction temperature is about 90-95℃, time is about 1h, amount of 30% H2O2 water solution is about 2% of the weight of decolorized APG products. In the paper, structures and properties of APG products have been investigated and characterized by FAB (fast-atom bombardment), GC (gas chromatography) and 1H-NMR (1H nuclear magnetic resonance) spectra etc.
