【摘要】 研究了铁水含硫量对孕育剂Ⅵ孕育效果的影响和孕育剂Ⅵ的抗孕育衰退特性。结果表明 :硫含量对孕育效果有显著影响。合理的铸铁含硫量应小于 0 .11% ,当铁水的含硫量为 0 .0 5 % 0 .10 %时 ,孕育剂Ⅵ孕育效果最佳。另外 ,孕育剂Ⅵ具有良好的抗衰退能力 ,是一种长效孕育剂更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of sulphur content on inoculation efficiency and the fading resistance of the inoculant No.Ⅵ were studied. The results showed that sulphur content dramatically affected inoculation efficiency and the sulphur content should be below 0.11%. 0.05%~0.10%S was the optimal sulphur content range. Inoculant No.Ⅵ was a high effient inoculant with a good fading resistance.更多还原
