C/C复合材料人工股骨的应力分析
Stress Analysis for C/C Composite Artificial Femur
【摘要】 采用三维有限元方法和计算机模拟技术对人体股骨进行了理论计算与受力分析 ,根据设定的受力条件 ,确定其实际的受力状态。根据人骨的受力情况和各向异性的特性 ,提出用C/C复合材料进行三维编织的优化设计方案 ,以保证C/C复合材料人工股骨的结构合理 ,具有与人体股骨相匹配的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Three dimensional finite element and the technology of computer simulation were used to calculate and analyze the stress on femur. The distribution of stress on femur was shown in a color picture. An optimized design about three dimensional weave of carbon/carbon composite has been put forward to ensure that the artificial femur has a reasonable structure and good mechanical properties which match with stress on femur.
