耐泥沙磨蚀涂层研究
Study on Sprayed Coatings with High Resistance to Silt Erosion and Cavitation
【摘要】 分析了热喷涂层在试验室模拟及水轮机真机运行的试验结果 ,选择出耐磨性好的合金粉末和喷涂工艺 ,以提高水轮机和水泵的抗磨蚀性能 ,研究成果成功应用于引黄大泵生产 ,避免了磨蚀破坏
【Abstract】 The heavy damage of silt erosion and cavitation is the most serious problem to hydraulic machinery operating on multi silt laden rivers. Surface spraying is an active protect method. The simulated tests and prototype tests of thermal spraying were made to choose the coating powders with high resistance to silt erosion and cavitation. Seven coating materials and five kinds of thermal spraying technique were compared. The best coating should posses high hardness, good toughness and high adhesive strength. The best coating material and spraying technique chosen from tests are successfully applied to hydraulic machinery operating on multi silt laden rivers and heavy damage of silt erosion and cavitation to the flow passing surface of hydraulic turbines and pumps is avoided.
