熔体处理对压力罐用铝材铸态组织与性能的影响
Effect of Melt-treatment on As-cast Structure and Properties of the Aluminum Sheet Used for Pressure Can
【摘要】 用高效熔体处理技术制备压力罐用铝材 (简称“铝原块”) ,通过拉伸试验和 OM、TEM、SEM及能谱成分分析 ,探讨了铝原块的铸态组织与性能的变化规律。结果表明 :高效熔体处理能有效地改善罐用铝材的冶金质量与铸态组织 ,从而显著提高其铸态力学性能 ,伸长率和抗拉强度可比未处理时分别提高 64.7%和 30 .9% ,也比常规处理时分别提高了 2 8.2 %和 1 4.0 % ;用较低品位的工业纯铝原块是可行的。
【Abstract】 The aluminum sheet used for pressure can (or called “aluminum piece”) was prepared by using high efficient melt treatment technique The effect of melt treatment techniques on its as cast structure and properties was studied with aids of tensile testing, analyses of OM, TEM, tensile fracture on SEM and composition of phase rich in Fe The experimental results showed that high efficient melt treatment could effectively improve the cast in structure and internality metallurgy quality of aluminum sheet, thus raising its as cast mechanical properties remarkably Comparing with the aluminum sheet without any melt treatment, the extending rate and the tensile strength were increased by 64 7% and 30 9%, respectively, and with the material under routine melt treatment, by 28 2% and 14 0% It was feasible that aluminum piece was made by using lower grade commercial purity raw aluminum produced domestically
