影响双层辉光离子渗W-Mo后μ相析出动力学因素探讨

【摘要】 双层辉光离子渗后试样随炉冷却 ,在渗层中形成大量的脆性金属间化合物析出相 ,使试样力学性能严重下降。定性相分析结果表明 :该析出物主要为μ相。本工作从μ相的显微组织入手 ,针对 μ相的形成机理 ,详细分析了影响其析出的动力学因素 :主要包括化学元素、温度以及时间对它的影响。提出了抑制 μ相形成切实可行的有效措施。

【Abstract】 Because of the slow cooling speed in the alloying furnace, a lot of brittle intermetallic compounds appear in the alloying layers which are formed by the Double Glow Plasma Surface Alloying with Tungsten Molybdenum In the result, their mechanical properties are seriously decreased Qualtative phase analysis turns out that the brittle intermetallic compounds are mainly composed by the μ phase In this paper the precipitation dynamics including the factors of chemical components, temperature, time et al of the μ phase is exhaustively discussed An effective measure is offered to restrain the precipitation, even to get rid of the μ phase
