【Abstract】 Developing the west is an important strategic policy made by the Party Central Committee in an effort to invigorate the economy of the west. Adapting to this policy, we should follow the new situation in border-exit-and-entry management,emancipate our ideologies,spare no time to conque the out-dated ideas and management system and means, enhance qualifications of police officers, intensify service functions and consciousness at aim to provide more high guality and highly-efficient border-exit-and-entry management service.更多还原
