【摘要】 交通肇事逃逸案件有其自身的特点 :发案时间多在夜间、凌晨、雨雾天气 ,发案地点多在偏僻路段、城郊公路及行车条件良好的路段 ,肇事者以中青年男性居多 ,案发现场遗留痕迹和物证较少 ,案件侦破难度较大等。其侦破策略有 :建立严密的交通肇事逃逸案件侦控体系 ,采取有针对性的措施 ,完善制度 ,增强群众的法律意识 ,提高破案率 ,依法严惩肇事者更多还原

【Abstract】 The features of traffic accident escape case fall into the followings: most of the cases take place at night, dawn or in rainy and foggy weather, in the places of out-of-way road sections, suburban roads and well-conditioned road sections; the troublemakers are mostly middle aged and young males; less trace and material evidence on the spot, more difficult in investigation etc. Investigation tactic includes: to set up tight investigation control system over traffic accident escape, adopt pointedly measures, perfect system, enhance masses’ legal sense, increase the rate of case-cracking and punish severely the troublemaker.更多还原
