富硒酵母的研究开发与应用
Studies on Development of Selenium Yeast and Its Application
【摘要】 介绍了硒的生理功能、人体对硒的需求、富硒酵母的开发以及作为功能性食品基料在各方面的应用。
【Abstract】 A review with 8 references is given on stuties on development of selenium yeast and its application including physiological functions of selenium,demand of selenium for human body,and the application of selenium yeast as functional foods,etc.
