【摘要】 为探讨彩色超声多普勒脐血流检测仪对脐带绕颈的产前诊断效果 ,对在我院进行常规产前检查孕 3 0周后的孕妇 1 780例进行胎儿脐血流检查 ,诊断为脐带绕颈者计算其S/D比值 ,并与产后诊断比较其一致率。结果表明 ,孕 3 4周后脐带绕颈诊断符合率 (95% )明显高于孕 3 0～ 3 4周 (75% ) ,S/D值≥ 2 8者 ,出生后Apgar评分 <7分者明显增多。提示孕 3 4周后彩色超声多普勒脐血流诊断脐带绕颈符合率高 ,S/D值≥ 2 8者对胎儿预后有不良影响可能性较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate colored ubtrasonic Doppler unbilical bloodstream detector’s antenatal diagnostic effect to umbilical colored around neck,1780 cases of pregnant women normal antenatal examination after 30 weeks undertaker in our hospital was examined about foetus umbilical bloodstream,and the person who saffers from umbilical cord around neck is diagnosed and her ratio of S/D was calculated,the similar ratio was compared with postporfum diagnosis.The results show that conformed ratio (95%)of umbilical cord around neck diagnosis ofter 34 weeks is clearly more than that after 30～34 weeksThe person whose result of S/D is greater or equal to 28 and the person whose apgar evaluation after birth is less 7 is explicitly in creasing.It conformed ratio of colored ultrasonic Doppler umbilical bloodstream diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck is high.The person whose result of S/D is greater or equal to 28 has great probability in bad influcnce to late foetus.更多还原
