【摘要】 为满足集成电路量值的溯源需要,结合数字集成电路测试设备的特点,研制了可用于数字集成电路测试设备现场溯源的交直流传递标准器和相应的数据处理软件包。较好地解决了集成电路测试设备测量量值的溯源问题。并根据MAP原理,在多台不同型号的设备上进行了比对实验,对实验结果进行了统计分析,取得了预期的成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the requirement of the traceability of the ICATE’s quantities in the quality system, we have developed a set of AC/DC transfer standards and a data processing software package, they allow for the digital ICATE’s specialties and can be used to field tracing the digital ICATE. Then, according to the MAP’s theory , we took some comparative experiments amding several ICATE’s which are different models. In the end, the statistic and analysis of the results meets our expectation.更多还原
