【摘要】 本文以四 (对羟基苯基 )卟啉与十六酰氯为原料 ,通过酯化反应合成了中位 四 (对十六酰氧基苯基 )卟啉 ,采用红外光谱监测了反应进程 ,以硅胶为固定相、氯仿为洗脱剂采用柱层析方法对反应产物进行了分离与提纯。最后用元素分析、紫外可见光谱 ,红外光声光谱、核磁共振氢谱、摩尔电导等手段对合成产物进行了结构表征 ,对主要的紫外光谱、红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱吸收带进行了经验归属 ,初步确定了合成产物的结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 The meso tetra (4 palmitoyloxyphenyl)porphyrin(TPPPH 2) was synthesized by esterification reaction with meso tetra (4 hydroxyphenyl)porphyrin(THPPH 2) and Palmityl chloride as reactant.This product was separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel as fixed phase and chloroform as washing agent,and characterizcd by means of elemental analysis,UV visible spectrum, infrared photoacoustic spectrum and 1H NMR.The main spectra of UV,IR and 1H NMR were measured and investigated.更多还原
