【摘要】 从青海高原生态环境特征出发 ,具体地阐述了该地区生态的脆弱性 ;认为该地区生态环境恶化主要是人类不合理开发利用资源的结果 ;在新的市场经济条件下 ,应注意保持资源开发利用和保护增殖的平衡 ,走开发与保护并举的道路 ;提出了建立生态农业 ,以可持续发展去协调人地关系的初步对策 ,力求做到农业资源永续利用 ,保持生态的良性循环更多还原

【Abstract】 The article is based on the characteristics of the ecological environment in Qinghai plateau,expounds in details the fragile nature and the coming crises in ecological environment in the region,analysizes the harm and the cause of its ecological unbalances,points out the objective reflection revealed by the basic contraditions between man and earth on the ecological environment,thus comes to a conclusion that the worsening of the ecological environment is resulted from the man’s unreasonable developing and using of the resources of this region,and seeks a way in which,under the new circumstances of marketing economy,man should protect the resources and keep the increment balanced when developing and using them.The author puts forward elementary measures of creating a system for steadily developing the ecological agriculture to harmonize the relationship between man and earth,for making every effort to permanently use agricultural resources and to remain a favourable circulation of ecology,and in the end reach an aim of effectively combining together the ecological,economic and social results.更多还原
