【摘要】 简要概述了 PBO纤维及其复合材料的应用 ,分别进行了 PBO纤维 /环氧复合材料干法、湿法缠绕成型的 NOL环性能试验分析 ,并采用电晕表面处理方法对 NOL环进行了试验研究 ;选用干法缠绕成型工艺进行了Φ1 5 0 mm压力容器试验 ,初步结果表明 ,电晕处理效果不明显 ;Φ1 5 0 mm压力容器的 p V/WC可达 4 7.5 5 km。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of PBO fiber and its composite are briefly introduced.Experimental analysis of the mechanical properties of PBO fiber/epoxy composite NOL rings prepared by pre impregnated and wet precesses winding respectively,and the testing research of NOL rings was carried out by electronic radiation treatment on PBO fiber.Pre impregnated roving wound Φ150mm pressure vessels were tested.The preliminary results show that no obvious improvment of interfacial properties of fiber/epoxy composite by electronic radiation treatment exists;The characteristic coefficient pV/W C of the vessels reach 47.55km.更多还原
