微细粒级钛精矿振动流化床的传热特性

【摘要】 以微细粒级钛精矿为实验物料 ,用测定传热系数的方法 ,研究了微细粒级钛精矿振动流化床的传热特性 ,分析了影响传热过程的重要因素 ,揭示了传热过程的规律 ,得出了微细粒级钛精矿振动流化床干燥器的最佳操作条件 ,为微细粒级钛精矿的高效节能干燥提供了实验依据

【Abstract】 Through the method of measuring heat transfer coefficients,the heat transfer characteristics of minute particle ilmenite in vibro fluidized bed was investigated by use of minute particle ilmenite for experimental materials.The major affecting factors in the process of heat transfer were analyzed to describe the course of heat transfer.The optimized operating conditions for minute particle ilmenite in the vibro fluidized bed dryer were obtained,which provides the experimental basis for the efficiently energy saving drying design.
