【Abstract】 Designed with field analyzing and circuit matching, a 3 mm finline mixer with beam lead GaAs Schottky barrier diodes adopting the micro assemble pressure welding technique has been manufactured. Less than 10 dB conversion loss is obtained for single ended mixer and less than 9 dB conversion loss is obtained for balanced mixer. The two mixers have both successfully been applied to model Ⅰ and model Ⅱ 3 mm FM/CW component.更多还原
