天峨野生大果山楂酒中氨基酸与总黄酮的含量测定
Content Determination of Amino Acid and Total Flavonoids in Hawthorn Wine of Tiane
【摘要】 [目的 ]对天峨野生大果山楂 ( Malus doumeri)酒中氨基酸 (游离氨基酸、水解氨基酸 )、总黄酮进行含量测定。 [方法 ]利用高速氨基酸分析仪和分光光度计分别测定该酒中游离氨基酸、水解氨基酸和总黄酮类的含量。 [结果 ]该酒含 1 7种游离氨基酸 ,含量为 30 .89% ;1 6种水解氨基酸 ,含量为 99.2 5 % ;总黄酮含量为 1 5 .43% (单位 mg/ml)。 [结论 ]该酒富含氨基酸和总黄酮化合物 ,具有较强的生物活性
【Abstract】 To determine the content of amino acids (free amino acids and hydrolytic amino acids) and total flavonoids in Hawthorn wine of Tiane The content of total flavonoids as well as free amino acids and hydrolytic amino acids in Hawthorn wine of Tiane were determined respectively by High Speed Amino Acids Analytical Meter and spectrophotometer It contains 17 types of free amino acids[the content is 30 89%(mg/ml)],16 types of hydrolytic amino acids [the content is 99 25%(mg/ml)]and 15 43%(mg/ml) total flavonoids [Conclusion]It’s rich in amino acids and total flavonoids and possesses rather powerful biological active effect \ \
