【Abstract】 Ultrafine AlN powders were prepared by nitridation of Al powders at 1400℃ in nitrogen. The star ting powders were aluminum powders and carbon black.The powders were milled and then dried in vacuum.XRD analysis showed that the as synthesized powders were AlN phase.The sizes of the powders were observed about 50 nm with regular morphology through TEM analysis.更多还原
