【Abstract】 People began to research the advanced structure ceramics from the 1950’s in China.The silicon carbide refractory materials were developed successfully in the beginning of 1950’s, and were rapidly put into production. The products could meet the special requirements of the vertical tank rectification in zinc refining.Howe ver, the research of silicon carbide refractory materials was earlier in the Soviet Union,Japan and the United States. Silicon carbide refractory materials have been widely used in chemical industry,metallurgical industry,energy,machinery,structure materials and cutting tools for their excellent high temperature property.In the paper,the development sorts and properties of silicon carbide refractory materials were introduced briefly.更多还原
