【摘要】 布哈林关于社会主义改造的理论与实践可依“战时共产主义”政策的实施分为前后两个阶段。之前注重无产阶级对国家的完全占有 ,以及利用国家政权和强制手段 ,对私有制及商品经济实施坚决消灭。之后在挫折面前 ,布哈林从发展生产力和巩固无产阶级专政两个标准对苏俄的思想界、理论界 ,以及现实问题进行全面反思 ,提出从实际出发 ,理论联系实际 ,逐步进行社会主义改造的思想 ,为新经济政策的实施提供了理论和思想条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bukharin’s theory and practice on the reform of socialism can be divided into two phrases in the light of the performance of the policy of "Wartime Communism". During the former phrase, proletarian entire possession of the country, thorough extermination of the private ownership and commodity economy by means of the country power and coercive measure are attached importance to. During the latter phrase, faced with drawbacks, Bukharin thinks over Russian questions existing in the arena of ideology and theory and realities from the criteria of developing the productive forces and strengthening proletarian dictatorship, advances the idea of going about everything according to the real case, combining the theory with practice, reforming socialism gradually, which offers theoretical and ideological conditions for carrying out new economic policy.更多还原
