试论欧盟对中国反倾销与我们的对策
On European Union’s Anti-dumping to China,and Our Countermeasures
【摘要】 本文从欧盟对中国反倾销的历史发展入手，从正常价值的确定与征收反倾销税标准这个角度详细分析了欧盟对中国反倾销的相关法律制度及其特点，并从预防与应诉两个方面提出了相关的应对措施。
【Abstract】 Begining with the European Union’s history of anti-dumping to China, this essay deals with the European Union’s law systems and featurse about anti-dumping to China from the aspects of normal price and anti-dumping tax. Then,the essay puts forward some countermeasures.
