上海源水中DOM的分子质量及去除特性

【摘要】 采用分子质量排除高性能液相色谱仪 (SE—HPLC)对长江和黄浦江原水及经常规处理出水中溶解性有机物 (DOM)的分子质量分布进行了测定 ,原水中DOM分子质量分别为 80 0~ 44 0 0u和 80 0~ 1130 0u。长江原水经常规处理后的DOM分子质量分布基本不变 ,对不同分子质量的物质均有不同程度的去除 ,且分子质量越低 ,常规处理对UV2 60 的去除率也越小 ;而黄浦江原水经常规处理后有机物的分子质量分布向低分子侧推移 ,表明对大分子的去除率优于小分子 ,特别是对分子质量 <30 0 0u有机物的去除率极低。

【Abstract】 The molecular weight ( MW ) distributions of dissolved organic matter ( DOM ) present in Changjiang and Huangpujiang river water before and after conventional treatment were measured by using the "size exclusion high performance liquid phase chromatography" (SE-HPLC). The MW of DOM in Changjiang and Huangpujiang river water is distributed respectively in 800~4 400 u and 800~11 300 u. Distribution of MW of DOM in conventionally treated Changjiang river water is basically unchanged, and the organic matters with different MW are removed to a various degree. Furthermore, the lower the MW , the less removal rate of UV 260 is achieved in conventional treatment; while the MW distributions of DOM in conventionally treated Huangpujiang river water are shifted in the direction of lower MW . It is shown that the removal rate of larger MW fractions is superior to that of lower MW , especially, very low removal rate is achieved for the organic matters with MW <3 000 u.
