生物活性滤池的强化过滤研究

【摘要】 研究开发了三种生物活性滤池 ,实现了对普通滤池过滤作用的强化。经长期运行测定 ,在 10m/h左右的滤速下 ,生物活性滤池对氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、有机物、浊度等均有较高的去除效果 ,其中氨氮的去除率为 76 %~ 87% ,亚硝酸盐氮的去除率为 76 .9%~ 90 .6 % ,CODMn的去除率为17.3%~ 31.4 % ,出水浊度均能保证在 1NTU以下 ,经消毒后能满足卫生学指标的要求。所载生物膜受滤池频繁反冲洗的影响较小 ,在反洗 2~ 3次 /d的情况下依然保持良好的处理效果。该技术为解决现有水厂微污染水源水的处理问题、提高供水水质提供了一条新的有效途径。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of bioactive rapid filter (BARF) were developed to enhance filtration in conventional filter. It was measured after a long operation period that at filtering velocity of 10 m/h, BARF has higher efficiency in removing ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen with removal rate of 76%~87% for the former and 76.9%~90.6% for the latter, and 17.3%~31.4% of COD Mn removal is also achieved. The effluent turbidity is maintained below 1 NTU and the water quality can reach the hygienic index after disinfection. Frequent backwash has less impact on the biofilm with good efficiency kept even after backwash for 2~3 times per day. BARF provides a new effective way to treat micropolluted source water and improve water quality in existing water plants.
