沉淀池扩张管嘴排泥装置的研制
Experimental Research on Perforated Pipe with Divergent Tube in Discharge of Sludge from Settler
【摘要】 针对沉淀池排泥过程中所存在的问题 ,研制了一种新型的排泥装置———扩张管嘴排泥管。该装置利用水力学中扩张管嘴进口流量系数大、流速系数高、收缩断面处真空度高的原理 ,使其排泥效率显著提高。另外 ,该装置还具有运行可靠 ,造价低 ,操作方便等优点 ,可广泛用于沉淀池排泥系统的新建和改造
【Abstract】 To counter the problems in discharge of sludge from settlers, a new type perforated pipe with divergent tube is developed. Based on the principle of hydraulics, the divergent tube is high in discharge coefficient and velocity coefficient at the inlet and high in vacuum at the contraction section, so the efficiency of sludge discharge increases significantly. It offered also such advantages as reliable and easy operation, lower cost, etc., and can be used in the new construction and rebuild of sludge removal system of settlers.
