有机碱催化下烯唑醇的合成及其生物活性
SYNTHESIS OF DINICONAZOLE UNDER ALKALAMIDES AND ITS BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES
【摘要】 以有机碱为催化剂 ,通过三唑三甲基丙酮与 2 ,4-二氯苯甲醛的反应 ,合成了具有生物活性的外消旋体化合物烯唑醇。研究了烯唑醇对植物的生长调节作用和杀菌活性
【Abstract】 By using alkalamides as the catalyst, diniconazole has been synthesized by the reaction of triazolyl-trimethylacetone and 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde. The yield of the product was increased and the reaction conditions were optimized. The application of diniconazole as plant growth regulator and germicide has been studied.
