涡旋压缩机零齿差防自转机构分析

【摘要】 对比国内外现有涡旋压缩机防自转机构的优缺点 ,提出了一种新型防自转机构———零齿差行星齿轮防自转机构 ,并对该机构进行了参数设计和强度校核 .该机构的主要优点是结构简单 ,轴向尺寸很小 ,齿轮传动在啮合点处基本上是以滚动副接触 ,传动效率和传动精度较高 .

【Abstract】 After comparing the merits and shortcomings of existing anti rotation mechanisms in scroll compressors made at home and abroad, a new planetary anti rotational mechanism with homodyne of tooth number is presented, its structural parameters are determined, and its strength is also prooftested. Major advantages of this mechanism are its simple configuration, smaller axial dimension, rolling contact at meshing point of gear transmission, and high transmission efficiency and accuracy.
