【摘要】 基于应力法剪切技术的理论及CAD和仿真技术原理 ,提出了一种在微机上开发的基于Windows98/NT的剪切模具的CAD和动态仿真系统的平台 .着重介绍了本平台的总体设计思路、体系结构和功能模块 ,实现了剪切模具结构的计算、设计、有限元分析、仿真及装配图一体化集成技术

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of stress shearing technique as well as the principles of CAD and simulation technique, a Windows98/NT—based platform of the CAD and dynamic simulation system for shearing dies is presented by using the micro computer. The overall design strategy, system configuration, and functional modules of this platform are introduced emphatically and the calculation, design, finite element analysis, simulation, and assembly drawing of the shearing dies are implemented with a integrated technique, promising a wide application perspective by using them.
