【摘要】 针对大型轴流式水轮机叶片的空间几何形状要求高和大面积喷焊受热极易产生变形等问题 ,采用由外向内、由薄到厚、由点到面、对称喷焊工艺和叶片刚性网架固定等技术措施 ,得到了表面平整、内在质量优良的涂层 .叶片喷焊后经组合样板检测变形量很小 ,无需进行修理即可组装运行 ,并获得了优良的耐空蚀和泥砂磨损的性能 ,延长了水轮机的使用寿命

【Abstract】 Aimed at the problems such as the complicated special geometry of the blade of large scale axial flow hydraulic turbine and the blade deformation occurred readily when it is heated in a large extent by spraying welding, the weld processing such as from outer to inner, thin first thick second, from spot to area, and symmetric spraying welding as well as the technical measure of rigid fixture framework for the blade are employed, so that a coating on the blade with smooth surface and superior quality interior is attained. It is found that the deformation amount of the blade is very small when the blade is checked by an assembled templated after welding, so that the blade can be directly installed onto the runner without correction to put the latter into operation. Spray welding makes the blade attain good anti abrasions and cavitations capability and improves the service life of hydraulic turbine.
