氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定次磷酸钠中微量铅
Determination of Trace Lead in Sodium Hypophosphite by Hydride Generation-Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 用氢化物发生 -原子吸收光谱法对电子级次磷酸钠中微量铅进行定量检测 ,方法快捷、简便 ,重现性好 ,检出限为 1μg/ L,回收率为 95 %— 10 4 %,相对标准偏差 <2 .6%。本方法亦可用于食品级次磷酸钠等产品的测定
【Abstract】 The determination of trace lead in electronic sodium hypophosphite by atomic absorption spectrometry was described.The method is rapid and simple with good reproducibility.The detection limit is lμg/L,the recoveries are in the range of 95%104% and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.6% .The method has been applied to the determination of trace lead in food grade sodium hypophosphite with satisfactory results.
