【摘要】 对革质红菇中的氨基酸、灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维等进行了测定。结果表明 ,革质红菇中含有 17种氨基酸 ,氨基酸总含量为 2 6.5 3%。而且含有 Zn、Fe、Si、Cu、Mn、Ni、Cr等 7种人体所必需的矿物质。粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、碳水化合物的含量分别为 2 8.17%、3.90 %、10 .2 1%、8.4 5 %、4 8.73%更多还原
