紫外光区、吐温-80水溶液中硫氰酸钴(Ⅱ)配合物摩尔吸光系数的研究
Study on the Molar Absorption Coefficients of Cobalt(Ⅱ)-Thiocyanate Complexes in the Tween-80 Aqueous Solution within UV-Spectrum
【摘要】 本文研究了在紫外光区吐温 - 80水溶液中硫氰酸钴 ( )配合物摩尔吸光系数 ,得到最大吸收波长λmax=32 1nm处摩尔吸光系数为 9.730× 10 3L·mol-1·cm-1。研究发现 ,在吐温 - 80水溶液中硫氰酸钴 ( )形成一种新的三元配合物 ,可用以解释显色反应灵敏的原因
【Abstract】 The molar absorption coefficients of cobalt(Ⅱ) thiocyanate complexes in the tween 80 aqueous solution within UV spectrum were studied.It was got that the molar absorption coefficient is 9.730×10 3L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at the maximum absorption wavelength λ max =321nm.A new triadic complexes was formed by the cobalt(Ⅱ) thiocyanate complexes in the tween 80 aqueous solution,which can declare the reason why the reaction is so sensitive.
