【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of phosphate ion was investigated.The PO 3- 4 in water sample reacts with added CaC\-2O\-4 to form Ca\-3(PO\-4) 2.Then the Ca\-3(PO\-4)\-2 was dissolved by adding HAc,The unreacted reagent was subsided by using centrifuge and Ca 2+ in solution was detected by AAS.The content of PO 3- 4 in samples is calculated.更多还原
