ICP-AES法测定猪骨、猪牙中超微量稀土元素

【摘要】 利用 P50 7萃淋树脂预富集分离技术 ,结合 ICP- AES法测定猪骨、猪牙中超微量稀土元素 L a、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Y。本法排除了基体中 Ca、P的干扰 ,方法检出限为 2 .0— 4 .4 ng/ g,回收率为 80 %— 90 % ,RSD为3.1%— 9.1% ,适用于市售猪体内稀土水平的检测。

【Abstract】 Using preconcentration-separation technique with P507-extraction chromatograph resin,an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method for determination of ultra trace rare earth elements in the pig’s bones and teeth was developed.La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Y in the samples were detected without the interference of Ca & P.The detection limits of the method were in the range of 2.0—4.4ng/g.The recovery rates and precision of the method were in the range of 80%—90% and 3.1%—9.1% respectively.The method can be used to determine rare earth elements in market pigs.
