【摘要】 通过抗寒剂拌种和叶面喷施试验 ,比较分析了各处理中种子和幼苗耐低温能力。结果表明 ,在不同低温条件下 ,用抗寒剂拌种后 ,提高种子的发芽率和发芽势 ,增加根冠比值 ,增强抗寒能力 ;叶面喷施抗寒剂 ,可提高幼苗的抗寒性 ,增加根冠比值和叶质重。在测定的各项指标中以 50倍液处理的抗寒效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper, the resistance ability to low temperature of seed and seedling were compared and analyzed by dressed or spraied with cold resistant agent. The result suggested that under different low temperatures, germinating viability and germination percentage of seed dressed with cold resistant agent were raised, root shoot ratio value was increased and resistance to low temperature was enhanced. Resistance to low temperature of young seedling spraied with cold resistant agent was enhanced, compared with control, root shoot ratio value and specific weight of leaf were increased. In all treatments, effect of resistance to low temperature of seed and seedling treated with 1∶50 cold resistant agent was good.更多还原
