【摘要】 目的 :探讨善得定治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法 :采用天然生长抑素 (SS)类似物善得定治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血并与垂体后叶素作对照。结果 :善得定止血率 85 .7% ,平均止血时间明显优于垂体后叶素。结论 :善得定治疗食道静脉曲张破裂出血是一种最理想的高效、安全的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:to study the effect of sandostain in treating bleeding of esophageal varicosis rapture,and contrasting the traditional therapy of pitaitrin.Method:Applied natural SS,such as sandostain in treating bleeding of esophageal varicosis rapture and contrasting with pituitrin.Result:Hemostasis rate of sandostain was 85.7%,The average peroid of hemostasis was clearly longer than pituitrin .Conclusion:Sandostain is effective ,safe in treating bleeding of esophageal varicosis rapture.更多还原
