【摘要】 目的 :了解野苋菜花粉性哮喘患者的红细胞免疫功能变化情况。方法 :我们选择了 12 4例野苋菜花粉皮试阳性的哮喘病人 ,测定其红细胞免疫功能 ,并选择了 12 0例螨性哮喘患者及 5 0例正常对照组进行比较。结果 :野苋菜花粉性哮喘患者的红细胞C3b受体花环率为 13.4 1+ / -2 .83,较正常对照组 18.6 4 + / - 4 .85显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,与螨性哮喘患者 12 .6 2 + / - 3.70 ,无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。而红细胞免疫复合物花环 (ICR)结合率 14.83+ / - 2 .2 4高于正常对照组6 .72 + / - 2 .90 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与螨性哮喘患者 14.39+ / - 3.5 5无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :说明野苋菜花粉性哮喘患者的红细胞免疫功能降低更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to understand the changes of red-cell immune function in Amaranthus pollen allergic asthma patients.Methods: Selecting 124 patients whose prick test (PT) with amaranthus pollen allergen is positive,and their red-cell immune function was determined,which was compared with 120 asthma patients with positive PT of dust mite allergen and 50 normal people of contrast couple.Results:Red-cell C3b receptor ratio (RBC-C3bRR) of the test is 13.41+/-2.83,which is declined greatly in comparision with the contrast (18.64 +/-4.85) and no significant difference to dust mite asthma patients (12.63 +/- 3.70).As far as red-cell immune complex ratio (RBC-ICR) is concerned,the test group (14.83 +/-2.24) is much higher than the contrast group (6.72 +/- 2.90) and has no significant difference to dust mite allergic asthma (14.39 +/- 3.55).Conclusion: Amranthus pollen allergic asthma patients have lower red-cell immune function than the normal.更多还原
